Abstract
In the above titled paper (ibid., vol. 34, no. 1, pp. 93-100, Jan 09), there was a mistake in captions of Figs. 6 and 7. The correct captions are provided here. In addition, Fig. 5 was a duplicate of Fig. 6, which was incorrect. The correct Fig. 5 is presented here.
