Abstract
The authors consider the application of Bergeron´s three-dimensional formulation of Maxwell´s equations to an analysis of a microwave heating furnace system with openings used for disposal of radioactive and industrial waste. A numerical analysis of the electromagnetic fields of the system is made, and the leakage characteristics of the electromagnetic fields from the openings are given
