Abstract :
Gas sampling hadronic and electromagnetic calorineters running in the proportional, saturated avalanche and self-quenching streamer modes were tested at M4 beamline of Fermilab at energies between 17 GeV and 150 GeV. Energy resolution is substantially improved in the saturated avalanche mode. The details of the results are discussed.
