Abstract :
In the work of Fragopoulos and Innocenti (see ibid., vol.151, no.3, p.253-8, 2004), there exists an error in the derivation of the closed-loop system equation in Section 3.1. As a result of this, the final expression for Vdotc in Theorem 3, together with the constants alpha, beta and gamma selected in the proof of Lemma 1, should be modified. Fortunately, these modifications do not change the main results of the paper
