  • Abstract
    In February the LHC was powered down in preparation for upgrades that will allow the scientists to, among other things, further pin down the properties of the Higgs boson. This is the first of several Long Shutdown´ periods planned for the next decade or so and will continue until 2015 when the accelerator will be fired up once more.
