  • Abstract
    The solution of hyperbolic differential equations with an analogue computer, based on the method of characteristics, is demonstrated. Application of this method to the solution of the wave equation simplifies the analogue-computer circuit and its operation, and permits the consideration or a wide range of phenomena in the line.
