Symbolic representations of charge-capacitance effects in 4-terminal field-effect transistors

This letter discusses the relationship between three proposed circuit representations of charge-capacitance effects in 4-terminal field-effect transistors. The conditions under which each representation is valid are pointed out, and the representations are shown to be mathematically equivalent.
