Abstract :
A new simple output stage for CMOS current mirrors is presented. The stage is a new low-voltage regulated cascode circuit, which achieves a very high output impedance and accurate current copy when combined with the input stage shown by Rijns. A 122 MHz bandwidth with 1 V supply voltage has been obtained using a standard 0.35 μm CMOS technology.
