Abstract :
A hybrid technique combining Monte Carlo approach and optimisation has been proposed to estimate the manufacturing yield of circuits containing both tunable and non-tunable elements at design time. The proposed technique has been used to estimate the yield of microwave coaxial combline filters. The manufacturing yield information is used to compare different filter structures.
