Abstract :
Using the stability criterion of R.A. DeCarlo et al. (1977), a previously proposed measure of stability robustness is extended to the two-dimensional case. An easy-to-use linear algebra type algorithm is developed to accomplish the numerical computation of the proposed robustness measure. In the Roesser´s local state-space setting, the measure provides a least conservative upper bound for system´s stable perturbations
