Abstract :
Results of an investigation into suppression of the subsidiary absorption in a polycrystalline-ferrite phase shifter, by means of a modulated static magnetic field, are presented. Good agreement with theoretical predictions is observed, and conclusions are drawn regarding the practical use of this technique.
