Abstract :
A composite system comprising a linear time-invariant asymptotically stable operator in cascade with a memoryfree nonlinear operator is discussed. The input signal is a growing exponential function. The output signal plotted against the input signal yields a curve of the input/output relation of the nonlinear operator.
