Some Predictions on the Performance of Future Supercomputers for Simulation and Control

This talk will discuss what is meant by a supercomputer, some of the reasons why their performance is not as high as we would like, some techniques for improving this performance, and finally some predictions of how fast they will become in the near future, and what sorts of interesting and entertaining things we can do with these faster machines.
