Abstract :
Experiments have been performed on an electrogasdynamic generator utilising charged water droplets produced by using an atomiser in an electric-field region. This method of charged-particle production may offer certain advantages over corona systems. The mechanism of induction charging is well understood6 and Operates with a particularly simple electrode geometry. Problems of electrode errosion do not arise.
