Abstract :
The authors comment on an article by T. Ikoma and H. Yanai, (see abstr. B4307 of 1968) which proposed a model for the quenched-dipole mode of operation of Gunn effect devices. They seek to correct errors related to current density equations. The authors of the first article reply.
