Abstract :
A monolithic MOST differential amplifier is described, having an input resistance of 10/SUP 11/-10/SUP 12/ ohms. The offset and drift, characteristic of present-day MOST´s, are reduced to less than 2 mV by an offset correction circuit that retains the differential input capability.
