Abstract :
Integrated circuits using complementary transistors have been designed and fabricated that operate on a 1-volt power supply and dissipate approximately 6 μW. The circuits presented include a one-shot multivibrator, free-running multivibrator, and a set-reset flip- flop. Results of the complementary transistor process are presented.
