Abstract :
A highly reliable integrated pacemaker composed of two capacitors and an integrated control circuit is described. The incorporation of a suitable four-layer structure into the integrated circuit has resulted in a comparatively simple and reliable circuit concept. The problems and design of integrated four-layer structures for relaxation oscillators are analyzed.
