Abstract :
The negative-resistance circuit of Nagata has the one defect that the range of voltage and current over which the negative-resistance region extends decreases significantly as temperature increases. The arrangement used in the differential amplifier is suggested here to eliminate this effect. Results obtained with such modification are presented.
