Abstract :
A Boltzmann entropy-based guide star selection algorithm is presented. The guide stars generated by this algorithm satisfy uniform distribution, while there are at least two guide stars measured in any possible boresight direction of the star tracker. A guide star catalogue with a 14°×14° square field of view is reported.
