Abstract :
A new two-transistor circuit suitable for driving pulses of well defined amplitude into low-impedance transmission line is described. Short-circuit-proof, and especially suited to integrated-circuit technology, it uses a nonlinear feedback technique which permits output pulse edges as fast as 1 ns to be obtained without a large device power dissipitation.
