Extended boundedness concept for the problem of Lur´e

The Lur´e problem is extended to systems in which the nonlinear function violates the sector condition for both small and large values of its argument. A suitable definition of a region of boundedness is made, and estimates of this region are found by means of the quadratic Lyapunov function, whose existence is guaranteed by satisfaction of a Popov condition.
