Abstract
The Editor-in-Chief (EiC) introduces the new Deputy EiC, Dr. Shipeng Li, and the 25 new Associate Editors of the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology. This is an outstanding group of world-renowned scholars in all areas of video technology and video systems. Dr. Li and the Associate Editors also serve as members of the Editorial Board of the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology. Short professional biographies are presented for all.
