Analogue antimultipath communication system

The transmission of analogue-type signals through randomly fading channels has been considered in recent literature. In the letter, a practical system which employs a method of pseudorandom phase reversals for the transmission of frequency-modulated analogue signals over slowly varying multipath communication channels is proposed. The system is also found to be applicable to the transmission of amplitude-modulated signals in the form of pseudorandom phase reversals of the a.m. carrier.
