Abstract :
A simple method for simulating floating inductances in integrated circuits is described in this correspondence. The principle of simulating inductance is the impedance conversion. Since the characteristics of this simulated inductance are independent of the active parameters of transistors, excellent temperature characteristics and high reproducibility are obtained.
