  • Abstract
    Narrowband measurements at 1735 MHz have been carried out to evaluate the radio path losses between a transmitter inside a house, and a street located receiver. The implications of the measurements towards a possible local access service using DECT are discussed, and it is shown that the current DECT specification will need to be modified if such a service is to be successful.
