Abstract :
The contribution to the hot-electron microwaver incremental conductivity of n type InSb arising from the higher-order terms in the displaced Maxwellian distribution function (neglected in the earlier analysis) has been estimated using a computer. It is found that the contribution, though significant, is not enough to explain the disagreement between theory and experiment.
