D.C. analysis of nonlinear networks

It has been found that methods of solving the system of equations f(x)=0, in which the norm of f must be reduced at each step, may not be feasible in practice. An algorithm is proposed in which an inequality constraint is applied to the norm of the correction vector p. Success of the method is illustrated with an example.
