VTS Constitution and Bylaws [Society News]

Each IEEE Society is reviewed approximately every five years by the IEEE Technical Activities Board (TAB). The latest review was conducted in 2010. One recommendation from the review committee was that the Society should revise its Constitution and Bylaws to correct terminology, make them easier to read and understand, and to incorporate all appropriate IEEE policies. The IEEE Vehicular Technology Society (VTS) has finished its review of the Constitution and approved it at its Board of Governors (BOG) meeting in Quebec, Canada, on 3 September 2012.
