Comment on Efficient method for the calculation of first- and second-order network sensitivities

Sensitivity formulas published by Goddard and Spence are compared with those published earlier by Neill. The compatibility of the two sets of results is demonstrated, and suggestions are made as to the most useful ways of applying the formulas.
