  • Abstract
    The principle of log-periodicity is extended to microwave components, the performance of impedance transformers and stub filters being investigated. The general nonoptimum nature of log-periodic components is demonstrated, and some novel amplitude/phase characteristics of a log-periodic stub filter are presented.
