Abstract :
In the analysis of nonlinear networks it is usually necessary to perform functional inversion. The letter gives a compact and easily applicable criterion for the existence of a unique inverse of an important class of vector-valued functions, referred to as globally regular functions. The criterion is then used to establish global regularity of a few classes of functions in a very simple manner.
