  • Abstract
    A frequency convertor capable of converting to frequencies above and below the input frequency is described. The circuit´s operation is based on the parametric action of a matched differential field effect transistor pair in conjunction with a positive feedback network. The main advantages of the circuit are high conversion gain and non-harmonically related output frequencies.
