Abstract
A monolithic bipolar current follower has been developed which can be used in conjunction with commercially available voltage followers to realize a number of electronic functions. It features an output-input resistance ratio R/SUB o//R/SUB i/ of 10/SUP 6/, a 0.2 percent gain accuracy and a 42 MHz bandwidth.
