Abstract :
Superconducting bandpass filters of 4.9 GHz with 0.5% relative bandwidth were designed using miniaturised microstrip hairpin resonators and fabricated with GdBa2Cu3Ox thin films prepared on MgO. The passband insertion loss was 0.5 dB at 20 K and the filter configuration was defined in an area less than 5*5 mm2.
