Abstract :
This paper presents a brief description and discussion of the results of a reduced size computer program for long-term power system simulation. It includes detailed models of a hydro, a coal-fired and a pressurized water reator (PWR) generation plant. Typical data taken from operating records have been used. Since the simulation runs faster then real-time, the program can be used as a power system simulator operator training.
