  • Abstract
    This paper presents next-generation measuring systems with a real-time Ethernet process bus. Digital communication has proven its advantages in high voltage substations from bay control and protection up to the telecommunication interface. The enlarged digital area in substations offers wide ranges and easy adjustment of parameters for in improved fitness of the investment for future demands.
