Abstract :
The 2006 IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology Outstanding Paper Award was presented to K. Y. Pettersen, F. Mazenc, and H. Nijmeijer for their paper, "Global Uniform Asymptotic Stabilization of an Underactuated Surface Vessel: Experimental Results," which was published in the IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology in November 2004.
