  • Abstract
    A recently proposed Routh-Hurwitz stability test for delay systems, with a pseudodelay parameter T, requires amendment to allow T to cover the range 0 to ¿¿, followed by the range ¿¿ ¿¿ to 0. Two examples are presented to illustrate this and other aspects of the method.
