Abstract :
The performance evaluation of a three priority CEBus router handling traffic between the power line and twisted pair media is evaluated by simulation. The message and channel throughput and the message and packet delay are studied for a wide range of offered traffic loads. The router behaves well, according to message priority. The internetwork traffic shows a larger delay than intranetwork traffic
