Abstract :
The design, implementation, and performance analysis of a financial rebroadcasting system suitable for consumer use are described. The system is developed and proved to be capable of extracting real-time financial data from a high-speed full-channel teletext data source and rebroadcasting it through the slow-data-rate telephone network
