Abstract :
A method suitable for generating low repetition rate random pulses has been studied , as an improvement to the conventional random pulsers. The pulser built by us is based on the chance coincidence between two channels of random pulser units. It has shown stable performance in low rate ranges below to 1 pps or less without deterioration of randomness, which might be introduced in low rate ranges of the conventional puilsers to achieve quiick dynamic responce.
