Abstract :
This paper presents the Luther Forest Technology Campus as the newest 300-mm semiconductor fabrication plant of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). The cross subsidy in NY has been dealt in the paper. A review of the Luther Forest Tech campus description at the Saratoga Economic Developemtn Corporation shows several cross subsidies beyond the cost of electric energy.
