            Abstract : 
The design of a 1 V narrowband FM demodulator is described which is intended for low-voltage portable consumer communication equipment. This FM demodulator circuit with a build-in band-gap reference circuit can be powered by a single 1.2 V battery. At 1 V supply, the FM demodulator consumes 0.9 mW of power with a conversion gain of 33 dB. In addition, a low-voltage four-quadrant analogue multiplier cell which can operate below 1 V DC supply is also presented
