Abstract :
The article describes the discovery of the fossil remains of a specific dinosaur in North Western Mexico, the Parasaurolophus. It goes on to explain how, with the help of computer visualisation and simulation, we can find what a dinosaur sounded like. The techniques used are termed digital paleontology and comprise: computed tomography, X-ray imaging, CAD visualisation and simulation on a supercomputer
