Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to to serve as a progress report, to clarify some points made in the above paper (see ibid., vol.37, p.217, 1995) and to rectify a conceptual error made there. In the previous paper, we went from the time dependent Poynting vector to the complex one, then integrated to obtain complex power. The proper procedure is to integrate the time dependent Poynting vector to obtain time dependent power, then transition to the frequency domain complex power expression
