Abstract :
The implementation of high-frequency switched-capacitor filters using unity-gain amplifiers in a balanced configuration is described. The effect of parasitic capacitances is analyzed for different structures, single-ended and balanced. Experimental results from a third-order elliptic filter integrated in a standard NMOS process are presented.
