Abstract :
Initial current pulses, as measured with a sampling oscilloscope, rise to their peak value in a time ¿ 2ns. After repeated discharges, the current pulses greatly decrease in magnitude, but increase in duration; on resting, the magnitude tends to rise to its former value, but the longer duration persists.
