Micro standards-organizing the corporate standards function

A three-stage internal standards organization developmental taxonomy is proposed. The taxonomy consists of standards advocacy, coordination, and consulting functions. It is also suggested that time is a key factor that must be considered in the development of internal standards organization, processes, and strategies.<>
