Abstract :
Electronic communication systems, such as a fiber-optic and telephone-delivered videotext service a videoconferencing capability, and a fax network, that have been used to improve the speed and quality of communication to 15000 employees dispersed throughout the state of Florida are described. The ways in which foreseeable changes in the state´s demographics, the company´s business environment, and emerging media technologies will interact to affect the evolution of the company´s employee communication are described
